PEPAX offers a one-year quality warranty for all tattoo machines. If an issue arises during this time, free maintenance is provided.
Machines breaking within 30 days and not fixed after customer service contact will receive a free replacement.

I've had the machine since May, and it is working amazing! The different modes are so useful to keep consistent voltage between shading and linework. I really love all the features, the timer has helped a lot in being able to track my tattoo time without worrying about keeping track, and the batteries charge well and quick and last a good while. I've been recommending this machine to others, super budget friendly and works great! I can't say enough good things about my machine and the Pepax needles as well. :)
