SHIPPING POLICY

1.Do you support global shipping?

Yes, we can ship to most countries in the world. If we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you and notify you to cancel your order. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days after your order ships. But for some remote countries and cities, the delivery time may be extended and may take 7-10 working days.

If your delivery address is remote, we will assess whether the delivery time is feasible and may ask you to cancel your order. Thank you very much for your support and understanding!

2.How much is the shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $199
Below $199, we will charge $16.99 for shipping on customer orders.

3.How long does it take for order delivery?

From the time you place an order to receiving the goods, the time range is divided into two parts:

– Processing time (1-2 working days): All orders are processed within 24 hours and an order confirmation will be sent to you after the order is placed. We require 1-2 business days to inspect and pack products before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition.

US orders: Orders placed before 2:00 pm Beijing time (22:00 EST) will be issued on the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be issued on the next working day. 

European orders: For orders placed before 11:00 am Beijing time (4:00 am in Europe), we will ship the goods on the same working day. After 11:00am , as long as the item is in stock, they will ship it the next working day.

– Shipping Time (3-5 business days): Once processed and leaving the warehouse, orders typically take 3-5 business days to reach their destination.

5.Do I need to pay duties or taxes on my order?
 
All international orders do not include taxes or import duties. Customers from some countries such as Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Canada, etc. may need to pay customs duties or VAT according to the taxation rules of your country.

All international order taxes and import duties will be charged upon entry into the receiving country and are to be paid by the recipient.

6.How to track my order?

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, date and time your order was placed, order status, and package tracking number for the shipped item.
